Taken from the Album "Sketch
Book" . In my opinion this is one of Patitucci's best tunes. The
track also features John Schofield - Guitar (hence the title) and Vinnie
Colaiuta - Drums (probably the best Vinnie Drumming I've heard).
The track is originally played
on six string bass, of course...
I don't have a six, so I
transcribed the whole chart down an octave. Most of the tune including
the solo, can infact be played on a four string bass with 24 frets.
It is very, very difficult though, I would play the whole piece down
the octave.
